A year later we are please to present another installment of FIRST LOOK SESSIONS™ Live! Featuring Bronx Hip Hop artist Denzil Porter & Special Guest! Hosted By: King Sharif of TheKingCeleb.com & DJ Brake along with special guest DJ Quiana Parks. It all takes place at the amazing, state of the art Sullivan Hall in NYC, May 28th 2013! Denzil Porter

Denzil Porter, formerly known as “Young Flame”, grew up in the northeast Bronx, NY. Porter had a passion for Hip-Hop music from a young age. In high school Denzil Porter began freestyling and battling, defeating competitors left and right. In 2004 Denzil Porter founded WreckHouse Entertainment, which produces music out of his in-house studio and hosts parties and events. In 2008, Denzil Porter released his first mixtape “On my way home” which was sold out in its first week. In 2010 he released his second mixtape “Live from the other side” which was sold in sneaker stores, local record stores & was available for free download online. “Live from the other side” introduced the fans to another side of Denzil Porter. With its lyrical, eccentric, and energetic feel, the listener would become drowned into the realm of metaphorical hip hop. In December 2010, Denzil Porter released “Intuition”. A story of a couple that followed there intuition instead of communication and with its surprise ending it caught the attention of many internet listeners & bloggers. The video was release in honor of national aids month, and went up to 30,000 views in approximately 3 weeks. “Intuition” was the rocket that boosted him into the underground scene. Since then he has released 3 more visuals for his new project, which were also featured on some of the biggest hip hop blog sites like Nahright.com, rapradar.com, 2dopeboys.com & more. With the increase of his fan base growing so rapidly it caught attention of an entertainment company in Toronto Canada which landed Denzil Porter with his first international show, opening up for Kendrick lamar in Toronto. Since then, his fan base in that region has grown as well and he has been featured on some of Canada’s most known hip hop sites such as hustlegrl.com, freshmfk.com & goodiebag.com. Currently working on his new project, “No Relation” Denzil Porter is definitely a breath of fresh air for New York City. He is the void that has been missing from his town for years. Slim Dollars

Slim is a 24 year old producer, songwriter and artist. Given his start at Russell Simmons Music Group through Lee Ent in 2007, he began his start as a ghostwriter and producer who generated a buzz with a single titled “Get it” featuring Reema. Discovered by Russell Simmons Best friend and business associate Kenny Lee, it was under his guidance that Slim was groomed to be a writer . The label soon folded due to internal dissatisfactions within the company and slim was forced to fend for himself in the industry. he later linked with production team BKS/ Flawless Tracks and began recording the material that is now leading to his growing buzz. Slim being the hardworker that he is refuses to let that slow him down.

Marcé Reazon

Marcè Reazon is an artist, producer, and engineer – creating his particular sound from start to finish. Marcè has worked closely and produced for music icons such as Kanye West, John Legend, and Kid Cudi. Taking influence from artists such as Pharrell and Ryan Leslie, Marcè is continually pushing the envelope when it comes to his art.

Originally from Long Beach, California, Marcè can now be found in New York City working on his upcoming album, which is quickly going to follow his first artistic vocal project, A View to Kill, which was a solidly original project from beats to lyrics to mixing/mastering, Marcè did it all himself and released late 2012.

Now getting ready to release his first instrumental project, C, off of his CMYK Quadrilogy, Marcè is separating himself from the rest with his skills and mindset alone. With his dark, eerie, multi-layered production style, each component of CMYK is going to help further define where the future of hip hop and the urban music scene is headed.
